COaching Packages

Thank you for your interest in our coaching services!

Before you begin your  coaching journey at Enter.Wellness, you will meet with your coach for an initial strategy session  in order to discuss your goals. 

The length of our initial strategy session will ultimately depend on your goals and needs--you can choose from a sixty-minute or ninety-minute session. 

After the initial strategy session, you must purchase a package in order to continue coaching with Enter.Wellness. This helps create commitment to the process of coaching as an investment of time, energy and focus and will help you push through any resistance that may arise to try to keep you from your breakthrough. 

We prefer to tailor each coaching package to your specific needs but the following are general options that are available. We can negotiate something different if needed during your strategy session. 

All coaching is available face-to-face in office or via secure online video conferencing. 

Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment plans are available. 

Sliding scale rates are available for students and people experiencing financial hardship.
